Kira scowled. “Who said anything about me being wary?”
A teasing look settled on Graydon’s face. “You would only take precautions if you thought I was a threat. I’m gratified to know I’ve made such a good impression.”
Kira stared at Graydon like she thought he’d lost his mind. “Most people would feel sad to know their lover considered them dangerous.”
Graydon leaned forward. “Those people are not Tuann.”
I don't suppose that you're willing or able to make even a rough, no guarantees estimate of when the new book will be ready? - plus or minus a month would still be good for me...

ReplyDeleteAugust can't get here fast enough enough! I have read and listened to all 3 Firebird books so many times I can almost recite them! Thank you for the snippet, to say I want more is an understatement.

ReplyDeleteI can't wait until the 4th book is released! I hope re-writes are going well. I've read the first three books several times since late last year. It really reminds me a lot of my all time favorite video game series Mass Effect. Kira is just as kick ass as FemShep!
